Salt is an experience of two halves. On the ground floor, it's a Premier League bar that hits the back of the net with its warm and efficient service, great drinks and smoochy vibe. But the raised spirits generated by this lush experience are deflated if you move on to Salt's first- floor, but Second Division, restaurant.
