Posted by Ella, 05 March, 2008At first, I never thought that the Livingwell Russell Square offers yoga classes/sessions. Instructors we're awesome, they teach you all the yoga techniques and surely you'll get hooked. So you should try it some time, I know most your sessions will be very challenging but don't worry all this will be paid off.
